The ultimate concept is to integrate sufficiently and effectively for "educational agents where it wants to be in the future and how it is going to achieve that future". As a result, Enterprise Architecture (EA) maximizes resources and IT expertise to sustain and support schools within a district.
In my school site, I am the lead teacher for intervention group of READ 180. My classroom must have appropriate systems and applications to ensure the online intervention program can be lead successfully for students in grades four and five. As a result, my classroom has the storage for the broadband routers. The safety of the storage is checked yearly by IT for continuous operation and sustainability.
The Enterprise Architecture (EA) Methodology is likely a new concept for you. Reflect upon your learnings this week by describing ways in which Enterprise Architecture relates to your current role or organization.
Based on the Enterprise Architecture Methodology focused on various levels. Strategic goals and initiatives can be aligned to Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) and Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF), in which, individuals throughly plan out on how to maximize the use of the resources to benefit all learners. In addition, my current role as a stakeholder, allows me to ask questions for clarity and become a representative for my students needs.
Another level in EA is data and information, as a grade level representative and participant of various committees, I create surveys on Google Form to gather adequate information and data to address the needs of the consumers based on the services that I will providing. An example, I sent out a survey via blackboard to parents for recommendations on 7 Habits Parent information night. The feedback lead to developing a product for parents to continue to support our goal of spreading the 7 Habits at school and in the community.
